Follow your Dreams not others were my first step towards realizing my potential: After spending over a decade in the fitness industry, I decided to transition into the world of fitness as I always had a passion for staying fit. I always considered fitness as my career while studying computer engineering. I took my first step when I was in my teens and received my first personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

I started my career as a trainer in a commercial gym and quickly noticed, whilst watching other personal trainers, that there was a lot of standing and talking and not as much training. As a result, it didn’t take me long to realize that I had something completely different and unique to offer. That’s when I decided it was time to set out on my own because I really wanted to be known for helping my clients get something that they might have considered unattainable before…Results.

When my clients achieve the RESULTS, the pride I get & the high it gives me --- makes me to do more. This becomes the fuel to fire my Passion & give back more to the community. This helps not only in body transformation but I work on complete transformation ie.., Mind & Body.

WAKEUP. WORKOUT

Fitness and training has always been part of my DNA. My training regimen mainly revolves around strength training, maintaining lean muscle while losing fat, stay fit & stay healthy, which is my real passion. As far as strength training goes, I usually perform 2-3 total body strength training sessions per week and I will vary between lower volume, higher intensity sessions and higher volume, low to moderate intensity sessions. For me the strength training is about keeping my lean muscle mass and maintaining it as effective and efficient . On the other hand, my other workouts are what get me fired up when I go to the gym all days of the week. Honestly, there is just something about hitting the heavy bag, lifting, looking great, super hero - that I just love. I’m addicted to Irons.
